Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Dutch-speaking Technical Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in assisting users worldwide with technical issues related to one of the world's largest search engines.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide and assist users via phone, email, chat, and social messaging channels
- Solve technical issues while providing pre-sales and general inquiry support
- Master the brand's tone and voice, whether chatting one-on-one or interacting publicly on forums and reviews
- Handle escalations and pass complex issues to higher support tiers when needed
- Keep detailed case notes so no problem is ever left behind
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Fluency in Dutch and a strong command of English (written and spoken)
- A strong ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions
- Previous call center experience is a plus
- A high school diploma or higher education degree
- A friendly attitude, patience, and a passion for delivering awesome customer experiences
Benefits
- Base Salary: €1,100/month
- Performance Bonus: Up to €120/month
- Complexity Bonus: €135/month
- Meal Allowance: €7.23 per day
- Health Insurance: because your well-being matters
- Schedule: work Monday to Sunday (between 8 am and 8 pm) with two days off each week
