- You will develop long-term relationships with customers by providing exceptional customer service.
- You will manage customer doubts in cooperation with internal departments to ensure timely resolution.
The ideal candidate will have fluency in English, proficiency in Polish, and a degree in Languages, Business Relations, or Tourism. Prior experience in customer management and customer support is essential. Familiarity with SAP or another ERP, Salesforce, or another ticketing tool is a plus.
Responsibilities- Daily communication with customers via phone, email, or chat.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers to increase satisfaction and loyalty.
- Managing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Fluency in English (mandatory).
- Polish language skills (mandatory).
