About the Role

Job Description:

As a Payroll Specialist for Spanish Operations, you will be part of our Global Business Services team, focusing on executing monthly payroll for active employees in collaboration with our HR Service Line. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Executing payroll processes and ensuring timely delivery of services linked to Payroll and Time for Spain.
  • Guaranteeing monthly payroll closure activities aligned with implemented processes and workflows.
  • Monitoring data quality in HR, Time, and payroll systems according to validation routines and audits.
  • Analyzing new legislation and HR rules, assessing their impact on processes, procedures, and tools.
  • Providing support for preparing compensation campaigns, monitoring information for reporting purposes, and payroll implementation.

Key Requirements:

  • University degree or equivalent in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Economy, or Finance with an emphasis in Human Resources.
  • Experience in HR and Payroll operations for Spain or Portugal.
  • Knowledge of HR and Payroll tools (SAP HR, Success Factors, etc.) and Spanish local labor and tax law.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with written and oral fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, and advanced English.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer attractive and equitable pay, determined within a range to foster your development in the role. The estimated salary for this position is €25,000 - €30,000 per annum, depending on your skills and experience.
