Your Role as a Customer Service Representative

You will be responsible for providing world-class service to clients' customers while working on projects with top brands. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Identifying issues and providing solutions
  • Ensuring high customer satisfaction
  • Recording data in the CRM system
  • Providing ad-hoc support

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Customer service orientation
  • Good communication skills
  • Proactivity
  • Team player skills

Language Skills

You should have a native level of German and at least a B1 level of English. Additionally, you should be enthusiastic about movies, shows, and have knowledge of the value and impact of good customer experience.

What We Offer

We offer a long-term fixed-term contract, renewable every year, with rotating shifts (5 days/week, weekends included, 8 AM - 9 PM). Our salary conditions include:

  • Including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): 950€ -1.000€ gross/month (based on level of experience)
  • Excluding accommodation: 1.300 - 1.400€ gross/month (based on level of experience)
