Job Overview
We maintain comprehensive documentation of HR processes, procedures, and system configurations within Workday. As a technical expert and consultant, you will ensure alignment with our organization's HR processes during the implementation of new features in Workday. You'll collaborate with IT and other relevant teams to integrate Workday smoothly with other HR systems and applications.
Your Role at Sixt
- You troubleshoot and resolve system-related problems and errors.
- Assist with routine maintenance and updates of Workday, ensuring it is up-to-date and secure.
- Continuously identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and workflows.
Expertise & Experience
You are a Workday expert, bringing in-depth knowledge of Workday HR, including its modules, features, and capabilities. You have experience in data entry, data validation, and data integrity best practices within HR systems. Your strong technical skills enable you to troubleshoot and resolve issues within HR systems and provide effective training and support to end-users.
