The Role

This role reports directly to the Associate Manager, Sales Account. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing specific Key Accounts within Traditional Trade, including:

  • Analysis and presentation of product
  • Promo plan negotiation and execution

You will work closely with the Lead of Traditional Trade customers in Portugal.

Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Accountable to achieving sales target, trade spending, and SOM objectives in line with Categories Strategies
  • Ensure right execution of Key Account Plan (from customer presentation to execution at stores)
  • Ensure account performance is monitored and course correction plans are in place as necessary
  • Maintain good relationships and work closely with customers
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • Degree level education or equivalent, emphasis on Sales & Marketing
  • Commercial background with at least 3-5 years in Commercial experience
  • Strong communicator and team worker, able to build relationships at all levels and across function in an ambiguous environment
  • Understanding and knowledge of the Portuguese retail environment
  • Ability to drive for results with high degree of initiative and speed
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills and ability to prioritize
  • Mobility
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese
