Job Summary

As a Network Voice and Services Engineer, you will play a crucial role in managing mobile devices and connectivity globally for our clients. We are looking for a highly skilled professional who can propose, analyze, and define the requirements for new and existing services and systems related to voice systems. Main Responsibilities

• Collaborate with other Networks teams to define and manage projects for the delivery of new solutions.
• Design new consumer and corporate telecom solutions.
• Create technical documentation and maintain it over the lifecycle of the solutions.
• Perform implementations in live environments and understand end-to-end system testing requirements.
• Follow up and define quality and performance indicators.
• Analyze capacity and performance, report, and implement improvements.
• Define and implement service and resource configurations on requested systems.
• Work on complex solutions that influence the design of current products and address design issues for future products or technologies.
• Establish and maintain relationships with external partners, such as carriers and service providers.

Requirements

• Degree in Telecom Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in implementing live solutions on mobile telecom networks, network design, capacity management, engineering, and architecture.
• Knowledge of 3GPP, GSMA, ITU standards and specifications.
• Experience in designing, testing, and operating NGN-based networks, including MSS/MGW, HLR/HSS, SBC.
• Understanding of IMS architecture, VoIP, VoLTE, VoWifi, and QoS.
• Experience with SMS service configuration and routing.
• IMS architecture knowledge, including P/S/I-CSCF, Application Servers.
• Experience in mobile services charging (offline, online) and knowledge of OCS and Ro, Ro+, Ga, and Bp interfaces.
• Knowledge and experience with Diameter/SCTP networks and protocol.
• Experience with protocol analyzer tools like Wireshark, Astelia, and ability to use them to troubleshoot network errors/problems for mentioned protocols.
• Familiarity with ETSI NFV architecture and solutions.
• Understanding of MVNO/MVNE/MVNA architecture(s) and landscape.
