Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Norwegian Quality Analyst to join our team in Lisboa. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the high quality of our online content.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance Leaders to identify and prioritize top issues impacting decision accuracy for our market and workflow.
- Communicate with local teams to ensure they understand the impact of new or changing Content Policies on their current work.
- Deliver training sessions to auditors on new or changing Content Policies as well as refreshers on existing policies.
- Audit decision accuracy and review audits to ensure consistency and alignment with internal standards and policies.
- Investigate escalations of inaccurate decisions to understand root cause(s), especially in cases where policies are new or the content is ambiguous.
- Mentor agents on the use of quality tools and systems.
- Document processes and gather feedback on quality tools.
Requirements
- Fluency in English and Norwegian (ideally native).
- At least 1 year of experience in Quality Analyst role in BPO environment.
- Critical thinking, analysis, and attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to learn and apply large amounts of product, process, policy.
