We are seeking an experienced Messaging Team Lead to join our global Digital Workplace team, leading a small team of engineers and acting as an escalation point for all matters related to Messaging.
**Key Responsibilities and Requirements:**
- Lead and manage a team of engineers, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and proactive identification of areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal teams and vendors, assessing products and enforcing compliance policies.
