Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Learning Business Partner to join our team in Lisbon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in learning and development, project management, and business acumen.
Responsibilities:
- Learning Offer Development: Design and develop new learning solutions from business needs, respecting project management standards and commitments.
- Support and Advise Academies: Evaluate the operational delivery feasibility and maintain the learning offer effectiveness, quality, and performance.
- Provide Opportunities for Streamlining and Digitalization: Support change and innovation initiatives within the organization.
- Learning Delivery Management: Ensure business proximity and gather learning needs and priorities.
- Capture Business Constraints: Assess feasibility and lead deployment of learning plans with different stakeholders.
- Manage Sub-Contractor for Training Sessions: Monitor Deployment performance through relevant KPIs and risk management, lead actions to improve and optimize training deployment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Learning & Development, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Experience within a training domain needed.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in project management within the learning and development.
