Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound leads and existing customers through various channels, primarily phone, Zoom, chat, and email.
  • Actively resolve prospect and customer inquiries to drive online business conversion rates.
  • Become an expert on Zendesk products.
  • Conduct discovery calls, provide demos, and help customers see the value in purchasing Zendesk.
  • Meet or exceed SLAs and KPIs established for the role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Ideal candidates will bring a consistent track record in achieving targets, software/SaaS experience, and be fluent in Spanish and English. They must also have outstanding organizational skills, ability to multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
