As a Sales Performance Specialist at TTEC, you'll be responsible for driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives. This exciting opportunity will challenge you to think creatively and develop innovative solutions that deliver results.

About the Role

Working onsite in Sofia, Bulgaria, you'll be part of a dynamic team focused on creating and delivering amazing customer experiences. Your primary objective will be to grow your book of business by developing new business opportunities and establishing strong customer relationships.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • You'll engage customers in a consultative manner, developing value propositions that cater to their needs and increase volume for existing clients.
  • You'll identify and capitalize on new sale opportunities, responding to incoming calls and emails to ensure delivery of outstanding customer experiences.
The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for a goal-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should have fluency in both English and Dutch at an advanced level and be proficient in sales negotiation and closing techniques.
