Sales Performance Expert

Your primary responsibility will be to service and upsell client products to existing customers, while identifying and capitalizing on new sales opportunities. You'll work closely with our global team to develop value propositions that cater to the needs of our customers, resulting in increased volume for existing clients and acquiring volume for new customers.
- You'll engage with customers in a consultative manner, utilizing your advanced communication skills to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- Fluency in both English and German at an advanced level is essential for this role, allowing you to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues alike.
- You'll be responsible for responding to incoming calls and emails, ensuring seamless delivery of customer experiences.
- Your expertise in sales negotiation and closing techniques will enable you to build strong relationships with customers and drive business growth.
