Sales Performance Executive

Multipessoal is looking for a Sales Performance Executive to drive sales growth and expansion. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the entire sales funnel, from lead generation to closing deals. Your primary focus will be on conducting cold calls, setting up meetings with potential clients, and developing relationships with key stakeholders.
To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, as well as 1-2 years of experience in outbound sales with a proven track record of business development success. You must also be fluent in English and one of the following languages: German, French, Spanish, or Dutch. Proficiency in CRM systems and excellent communication and negotiation skills are also essential.
