Key Responsibilities:

This role is responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan to drive enrollment growth and revenue. This includes identifying, engaging, and converting corporate clients into long-term partners for open and custom executive programs. The ideal candidate will manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing, while proactively sourcing leads through networking, outreach, and industry events. Key performance metrics will be tracked to optimize sales strategies and exceed targets.

Corporate Partnerships & Client Acquisition:

The successful candidate will build strong B2B relationships with HR and L&D leaders to understand their executive training needs. They will develop tailored sales proposals that align with client goals and drive program enrollments. Additionally, they will negotiate contracts and pricing structures to maximize revenue and client satisfaction. Expanding our corporate network by attending industry events and fostering new partnerships is also a key responsibility.

Marketing & Lead Generation:

This role requires collaboration with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that engage corporate decision-makers. Leveraging digital tools, CRM, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to nurture leads and increase conversion rates is essential. The candidate should also provide insights on market trends to refine marketing approaches and strengthen program positioning.

Program Strategy & Development:

The successful candidate will work closely with faculty and program directors to ensure executive education offerings align with corporate demand. They will contribute to program positioning and value proposition development to enhance market competitiveness. Gathering and analyzing participant feedback to inform continuous program improvement is also a key responsibility.

Financial Performance & Reporting:

This role involves owning revenue targets and tracking key sales KPIs to drive continuous growth. Analyzing enrollment trends and market demand to refine sales strategies is essential. Reporting sales performance, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to senior leadership is also a key responsibility.

Requirements:
\

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or corporate partnerships (preferably in executive education, corporate training, or higher education). A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and securing corporate deals is required. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills are essential. Experience working with CRM systems for lead tracking and pipeline management is also necessary. Ability to work independently in a remote, results-driven environment is a must.
