Sales Role: As a Sales Performance Lead, you will be responsible for the entire sales cycle; from outbound prospecting to qualifying opportunities, delivering product demos, and converting deals. Your focus is on building new relationships with customers, maintaining excellent relationships with existing clients, and working side by side with our Customer Success team to ensure customers adopt and grow with Pleo.
Required Skills and Qualifications: A proven track record in outbound SaaS sales, experience closing deals, leveraging effective objections, and successfully working to sales quotas and targets. Familiarity with MEDDIC sales methodology, comprehensive understanding of CRM management, knowledge of closing deals with mid-market clients, great rapport building and confident presentation skills.
