About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Team Leader to lead our Business Development team working on the UK market, based in Portugal. This role requires a strong understanding of the IT consulting landscape and a proven track record in sales leadership.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets, conducting regular team meetings and training sessions, and collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless sales processes. Additionally, you will be expected to lead, manage, and motivate a team of Business Developers working on the UK market, and set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback and coaching.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor team performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a sales team leader, preferably in a call center environment.
• Strong understanding of the IT consulting industry.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Results-oriented and driven to achieve targets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
• Ability to work independently.
