Ambis is currently looking for an Outbound Sales Team Lead to work remote. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a group of sales representatives in EMEA and developing strategies to maximize opportunity generation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of sales representatives in EMEA
  • Develop effective prospecting strategies to maximize opportunity generation
  • Measure and evaluate team performance using clear KPIs

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • Experience with CRM such as HubSpot
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • 3 years of previous experience as SDR manager in SaaS
  • Experience working with Enterprise target accounts and C-level buyer persona
  • Experience implementing account-based strategy
  • Experience opening new markets
