PagerDuty Business Development Representative - A Career Opportunity Like No Other

We're seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team in Lisbon. As a key member of our sales team, you'll play a critical role in driving sales growth and building relationships with our target accounts.

PagerDuty is a global leader in digital operations management, and we're committed to helping our customers achieve operational efficiency at scale. Our Business Development Representatives are responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, utilizing our CRM system to manage leads and opportunities, and working closely with our Account Executives to fuel their pipelines.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about technology, has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment. If you're a self-motivated individual with a proven track record of success in sales, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

  • Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities: Use your skills and experience to identify potential customers and develop strategies to capture new markets and expand our customer base.
  • Develop and Execute Strategies: Work closely with our Account Executives to develop and execute strategies to capture new markets and expand our customer base.
  • Manage Leads and Opportunities: Utilize our CRM system to manage leads and opportunities, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks and follow-up on agreements and commitments.
