We're a leading provider of innovative heating solutions, and we're looking for a talented Business Development Manager to join our team. About the Role
In this role, you'll be responsible for managing the sales funnel, from lead generation to closing deals. You'll work closely with our sales team to develop and execute strategies that drive results. To succeed in this role, you'll need to be a driven sales professional who thrives on cold calls and opening new markets. You'll also need to have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proven track record of business development success. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire sales funnel, from lead generation to closing deals;
- Conduct cold calling and set up meetings with potential clients;
- Develop relationships with architects, designers, and corporate accounts to drive sales;
- Track all client interactions in the CRM system;
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base;
- Provide product presentations and sales proposals to potential clients;
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and optimal service;
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field;
- 1-2 years of experience in outbound sales, with a proven track record of business development success;
- Proven ability to expand markets, either by opening new regions or driving growth in early-stage markets;
- Fluency in English and Spanish;
- Proficiency in CRM systems;
- Excellent cold calling and presentation skills;
- Strong organizational and time management abilities;
- Self-motivated, with a proactive and goal-driven attitude;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
