**About the Role:**

We're seeking an Outbound Sales Expert to power Meta's sales activities and discover exciting opportunities. As a key player, you'll be responsible for building connections with new and existing clients, managing a portfolio of small business clients, and mastering our client's advertising tools and offerings.

Responsibilities:

  1. Build relationships with clients to identify opportunities and boost their success.
  2. Manage a portfolio of small business clients to increase their revenue through tailored strategies.
  3. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and client business models to provide insightful recommendations.
  4. Mastery our client's advertising tools and offerings to deliver cutting-edge solutions and guidance.

Requirements:

  • Sales experience or related: 3+ years of experience in outbound sales and/or digital marketing.
  • Possion for advertising and sales.
  • Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills.
  • Skilled in delivering impactful client presentations backed by data.
  • C2 level of German.
  • Quick learner, adaptable, and solutions-oriented.
  • Organized, punctual, and self-driven.
