- Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Design and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business objectives and expand market share in the Portuguese market.

- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders across hospitality, offices, retail, and industrial sectors. Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.

- Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management. Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

- Lead Generation and Pipeline Management: Identify new business opportunities and develop a robust sales pipeline. Manage the sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.

- Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with design, project management, and operations teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.

- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for business expansion. Provide insights and recommendations based on research findings.

- Represent the Company at Industry Events: Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote the company and establish new business contacts.

Perfil ideal

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management within the design and build or real estate industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong understanding of the Portuguese real estate market, with existing relationships in hospitality, offices, retail, and industrial sectors.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Portuguese and English is required.
