Company Overview:
Tn Portugal, a leading player in the money transfer industry, is seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead our retail expansion efforts in Portugal. Our goal is to strengthen key relationships, drive business growth, and enhance customer experiences.

Job Description:
The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing Portugal's overall business operation, growing the business through existing and new retail partners, and driving operational improvements to enhance customer agent experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve overall Country financial target (omnichannel volumes & revenues).
  • Drive growth and develop strong relationships with existing and new partners in the market.
  • Prospect and sign new strategic retail partners.
  • Negotiate and renew all expiring agreements with existing Master Agents.
  • Build a strong local Sales Team to expand direct retail independent network in Portugal.
  • Enhance and implement strong competing strategies through effective pricing proposals and incentive programs.
  • Enhance overall Retail network brand visibility in the country.
  • Help drive Country digital acceleration with an omnichannel approach.

Role Requirements:
  • Strong interpersonal skills to drive and build positive relationships and influence externally and internally.
  • Customer-centric and culturally sensitive to the diaspora landscape and micro-entrepreneurs from different countries and backgrounds.
  • The ability to work independently and make sound decisions, with an entrepreneurial mindset and problem-solving approach.
  • Strong team management with the right combination of attention to detail and strategic approach.
