About the Role
We're seeking a highly motivated Sales & Account Manager Launcher to join our team in Portugal. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for launching and scaling our fintech solution in the local market. Your primary objectives will be to develop and execute our go-to-market strategy, identify new business opportunities, and manage the entire sales cycle. You'll work closely with our partners, ensuring they receive best-in-class service and support.

Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing our go-to-market strategy for Portugal.
  • Identifying, prospecting, and closing new business opportunities in key unattended sectors.
  • Managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to onboarding and long-term account growth.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for partners, resolving any issues ensuring best-in-class service.
  • Hands-on management of projects to ensure timely and successful implementations.
  • Analyzing market trends, competition, and performance metrics to optimize sales and client engagement strategies.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have a proven track record in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in fintech, payments, or unattended retail industries. Experience in launching or scaling a business in a new market is a huge plus. Strong commercial skills, data-driven mindset, and project management experience are essential for this role.
