About the Role
As a key member of Buscojobs Portugal's leadership team, the Head of Sales Portugal will oversee the commercial strategy and execution in Portugal. This role requires a seasoned sales leader who can drive growth, develop talent, and foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a commercial strategy aligned with the company's global vision and objectives.
- Lead a high-performing sales team in Portugal, ensuring continuous development and growth.
- Analyze market trends and sales data to identify opportunities and optimize processes.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients and strategic partners.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure an efficient and aligned sales process.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in technology, events, payments, or SaaS industries.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Ability to translate strategic vision into effective operational actions.
- Experience in managing sales teams and developing talent.
- Advanced English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
