About the Role

As a key member of Buscojobs Portugal's leadership team, the Head of Sales Portugal will oversee the commercial strategy and execution in Portugal. This role requires a seasoned sales leader who can drive growth, develop talent, and foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a commercial strategy aligned with the company's global vision and objectives.
  • Lead a high-performing sales team in Portugal, ensuring continuous development and growth.
  • Analyze market trends and sales data to identify opportunities and optimize processes.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients and strategic partners.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure an efficient and aligned sales process.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in technology, events, payments, or SaaS industries.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to translate strategic vision into effective operational actions.
  • Experience in managing sales teams and developing talent.
  • Advanced English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
