About the Role
We seek a seasoned Sales Director to spearhead our sales teams' growth across multiple countries.
This strategic leadership role will drive sales performance and shape our growth strategy.
Responsibilities
- Lead and direct sales teams in multiple countries, ensuring alignment with our overall growth strategy.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
- Cultivate and grow high-performing sales teams, focusing on sustained performance and development.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and achieve business goals.
- Evaluate sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop actionable plans for ongoing success.
- Manage sales forecasting, budgeting, and resource allocation to meet revenue targets.
- Foster a culture of excellence, motivation, and accountability within the sales teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience in senior sales leadership roles, managing sales teams across multiple countries or regions.
- Success in driving sales growth, revenue generation, and team development in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Strategic thinking, enabling alignment of sales initiatives with broader business objectives.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for effective relationship-building.

- Fluency in Portuguese and English, with knowledge of additional languages beneficial.
