About the Role

SAP Se is seeking a highly skilled Sales Director Lead to drive growth and expansion in Portugal. Reporting to the Managing Director, this role will focus on both market creation and market expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategy direction for Field Sales, Partner-led Sales, and Digital Sales.
  • Lead a high-performing sales team focused on corporate and partner-driven segments.
  • Champion SAP's public cloud strategy and promote cloud adoption among partners and customers.
  • Drive alignment with Partner Ecosystem Success and establish a partner-first operating model.
  • Establish digital services to accelerate partner growth through demand generation, solution advisory, and revenue retention.

About You

  • 15+ years of relevant professional experience in leading sales teams within the SaaS or enterprise software industry.
  • Proven track record in driving market expansion, particularly in high-growth and competitive environments.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage C-level executives and key stakeholders.
