About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our sales team as a B2B Outbound Sales Agent. You will be responsible for promoting and selling products and solutions to businesses of various sizes and industries.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact new and existing customers via telephone and email to identify sales opportunities
  • Manage a portfolio of small business clients with the responsibility of growing revenue for their business
  • Research and discover fundamental understanding of verticals, market, industry, and client business models
  • Identify sales opportunities and provide clients with tailored solutions to meet their goals
  • Proactively and reactively engage with clients to frequently assess product performance for the client and provide insights and optimize
  • Develop and document best practices and sales workflows for interacting with prospects
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A native level of Dutch and an English Level C1/C2
  • Eligibility to work in Portugal
  • 3 years of experience overall with a year of sales experience within Ad sales and Digital Marketing
  • Strong negotiation skills: able to sell, present effectively, overcome objections, and close the deal
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Autonomous, organized, punctual, and adaptable

About Our Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including a permanent contract (CDI) with a 3-month trial period, base salary gross €2000 per 12 months, performance bonus gross €600 per 12 months, health insurance provided since day 1, relocation package, and housing assistance.
