Estamos à procura de profissionais dinâmicos para reforçar a nossa equipa comercial.
Esta é uma posição fundamental para o crescimento da empresa, que ajudará a expandir a nossa presença e a oferecer soluções de Recursos Humanos que transformam a experiência dos nossos clientes.
Principais Responsabilidades: Identificar e abordar potenciais clientes, através de cold calls, e-mails e redes sociais, para apresentar as nossas soluções.Realizar contactos iniciais para qualificar e compreender as necessidades dos potenciais clientes através de leads Inbound e Outbound.Agendar reuniões.Manter o relacionamento com potenciais clientes.Acompanhar as interações no sistema CRM (utilizamos Odoo) para assegurar exatidão e atualização das informações.Trabalhar junto à equipa de comercial e marketing para desenvolver estratégias de conversão e captação de clientes.Partilhar feedback do mercado para contribuir com a melhoria dos nossos produtos e serviços.Requisitos: Experiência prévia em vendas, sucesso do cliente ou gestão de contas (mínimo de 1 ano).Conhecimento em informática e software de gestão B2B (valorizado).Excelente capacidade de comunicação e empatia para entender as necessidades dos clientes.Proatividade e orientação para objetivos e resultados.Integração numa empresa de rápido crescimento, com um ambiente jovem e dinâmico.Oportunidade de desenvolvimento profissional e formação contínua.Participação numa equipa colaborativa, num contexto people-first onde valorizamos o equilíbrio entre vida pessoal e profissional.Regime de trabalho híbrido.Salário Fixo 900€/mês + Subsídio de Alimentação.Prémios de Produtividade.Comissões de Marcação de Reuniões.Profissionais de alta performance podem alcançar, em média, 1.500€/mês.Se é comunicativo, orientado a resultados e apaixonado por construir relações de sucesso, esta oportunidade é para si Distrito: Lisboa, Concelho: Oeiras
