About the Job

\

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Representative to join our team as a B2B Outbound Sales Agent. This role requires prior sales experience and expertise in cold calling. As a B2B Outbound Sales Agent, you will be responsible for promoting and selling products and solutions to businesses of various sizes and industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily outbound phone calls and emails to connect with decision-makers, establish quick rapport, understand their needs, and close sales.\
  • Present our products and solutions, demonstrating their value to businesses, and tailoring your approach to address specific client needs.\
  • Execute outbound prospecting campaigns to identify and engage potential customers interested in evaluating our offerings.\
  • Lead and manage outbound campaigns from concept to initial pitch, pipeline qualification, and closing deals.\
  • Collaborate with the team on projects to enhance and streamline our sales process.\
  • Develop and document best practices and sales workflows for interacting with prospects.\
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas.\
  • Reach out to existing customers to introduce new products or encourage increased spending on current ones.\
  • Handle minor technical setup issues or escalate them to the appropriate teams\
  • The ideal candidate will have proven experience in cold calling and sales, previous experience in product/service sales, both inbound and outbound, strong communication and negotiation skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, excellent problem-solving abilities, native level in Dutch and at least a B2 level of English.

Benefits

  • Permanent contract (CDI) with a 3-month trial period\
  • Base Salary gross: €1200 per 14 months\
  • Sales Bonus gross: €500 per 12 months\
  • Complexity Bonus gross: €80 per 12 months\
  • Meal Allowance (net): €7.23 per day\
  • Transportation Allowance: €20 per month\
  • Health Insurance: Provided since day 1 (free after 6 months)\
  • Relocation Package: Flight Ticket Reimbursement after 6 months (Reimbursement of airfare up to €400 economy class)\
  • Housing: Apartment Room (private room, shared apartment) with rent of €280 for 12 months (discounted directly from the payslip)

About You

\

You will be working full-time, office-based job from Monday - Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM. If you are eligible to work in Portugal and available to start soon, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
