**Job Description**

As an Industrial Sales Manager in North Portugal, you will be responsible for managing and developing industrial accounts to maximize revenue and achieve sales targets. You will establish professional relationships with existing customers and prospect accounts, lead meetings and negotiations to pursue business opportunities and protect our company's interests.

You will create a clear business plan for your territory with smart goals and implement company procedures, business rules, and tools. Data capture is essential, ensuring accurate and current data within Salesforce to allow automatic forecasting, business planning, customer targeting, and more.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's Degree in a related field and a proven track record as an Account Manager within an industrial B2B company. You should possess knowledge of consultative sales techniques and value selling, experience in managing sales in assigned territories, and proficiency in CRM System reporting.

You must be able to work remotely, maintaining initiative and fluent communication with the line manager and team. Regular travel is required, and fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English is necessary.
