About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned National Sales Manager to oversee our sales team in Portugal, focusing on B2C hospital and tender business. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with expertise in therapies such as oncology, cardiology, diabetes, hospital products, and ARVs.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Lead and develop a high-performing sales team of key account managers.
  • Design and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business goals and expand market presence.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in B2C retail, hospital business, and tender business.
  • Conduct market analysis, competitor research, and customer needs assessment to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is beneficial.
  • At least 10 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong background in oncology, cardiology, diabetes, hospital products, or critical care.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and leading sales teams.
  • Experience in B2C hospital business and tender business.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Portuguese and English; additional language skills are advantageous.
