About This Role

The Counter Manager position at LVMH Beauty Iberia requires an individual who can effectively lead and manage a sales team to achieve business objectives. Key responsibilities include overseeing team performance, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth.

Key Tasks:
  1. Lead the sales team to achieve qualitative and quantitative objectives, setting clear goals and expectations.
  2. Maintain a focus on customer satisfaction, ensuring exceptional service and loyalty.
  3. Collaborate with the team to develop and implement action plans to enhance sales performance.
  4. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective action plans to maintain high standards.
  5. Promote a positive brand image, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
  6. Recruit and select top talent for the sales team, focusing on cultural fit and business skills.
  7. Coordinate schedules and planning to ensure the success of promotions and sales events.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
  • Fluency in English, with Spanish proficiency highly valued.
  • Strong technical skills, including Microsoft Office and EDI systems.
  • At least 5 years of experience in retail or the service industry, preferably in luxury, beauty, or fashion.
