The Sales Manager for JNcQUOI will be responsible for driving revenue growth and managing sales activities for all the Food & Beverage and Hospitality operations.
This role involves developing and executing sales strategies to attract and retain clients, increasing brand visibility, and ensuring the successful achievement of sales targets.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within the luxury hospitality or F&B industry, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy Development Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets for JNcQUOI's F&B and hospitality operations.
Identify and prioritize key market segments, including memberships, corporate clients, events, private dining, and special occasions.
Create and manage a sales plan that aligns with the overall business objectives, focusing on both short-term and long-term growth.
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, market research, and direct outreach.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing members, clients, ensuring repeat business and customer loyalty.
Conduct regular client meetings, site visits, and presentations to showcase JNcQUOI's offerings and services.
Revenue Management Monitor sales performance and revenue trends, providing regular reports and analysis to the CEO.
Collaborate with the F&B and hospitality teams to develop pricing strategies that maximize revenue while maintaining the brand's luxury positioning.
Identify and implement upselling opportunities to increase average transaction value and overall sales.
Brand Promotion and Market Presence Represent JNcQUOI at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and attract new clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials, campaigns, and digital content that support sales efforts.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Team Collaboration and Leadership Work closely with the marketing, F&B, and hospitality teams to ensure alignment between sales strategies and operational goals.
Provide leadership and guidance to junior sales staff, including training and mentoring to support their professional development.
Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, encouraging teamwork and shared success.
Customer Experience and Satisfaction Ensure that all interactions with clients and guests reflect the highest standards of luxury service and hospitality.
Gather and analyze client feedback to continuously improve the sales process and customer experience.
Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales within the luxury hospitality or F&B industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Skills: Strong sales acumen with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with high-profile clients.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
