We are seeking a highly structured and organized Sales Manager to join our growing sales team working with European Regions. This is a managerial position that requires supporting the onboarding of new team members, reviewing and launching new processes, and analyzing the performance of the Sales Associates team.

About the Team
  • You will work closely with the Global Sales team to track your results, report back to the team, and identify pipeline bottlenecks to define improvement plans and sales tactics.
  • This is a collaborative environment where you will work with other teams to curate monthly action plans for content creation and new ideas to fuel sales.
  • You will be responsible for implementing nurturing strategies to follow-up through targeted content and campaigns on past inbound sales inquiries.
  • As a Sales Manager, you will create reactivation campaigns to qualify past dormant inbound leads.
Key Responsibilities
  • Track your results and report back to the global sales team.
