At TD SYNNEX, we're looking for a talented Business Development Manager to join our team in Europe. As a key member of our sales organization, you'll be responsible for driving business growth and expansion across the region.

About the Role

The European Business Development Manager will play a crucial role in developing and executing strategic business plans to expand our market presence in Europe. This includes identifying and engaging potential distribution partners, fostering strong relationships, and collaborating with vendors for favorable terms, pricing, and promotional activities.

Main Accountabilities
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to expand market share in Europe

  • Collaborate with vendors for favorable terms, pricing, and promotional activities
  • Drive product adoption through effective communication and value proposition
  • Set and achieve ambitious sales targets, monitoring performance
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need a minimum of 3 years of European business development experience, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets. You should also have IT company experience, in-depth knowledge of the European distribution landscape, and strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
