We are seeking a Business Development Manager to lead our expansion efforts and forge strategic partnerships. This role requires an individual with strong business acumen, a deep understanding of the education and corporate training landscape, and a proven track record in business development.
Key Responsibilities : Develop and execute strategies to establish corporate partnerships, sponsorships, and strategic alliances.Identify, cultivate, and manage relationships with industry leaders, companies, and organizations that align with Gritnova's mission.Build a sustainable B2B and B2C growth model.Work closely with the leadership team to refine business development strategies and explore new opportunities in global markets.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas to inform strategic decision-making.Qualifications & Experience : Experience in business development, partnerships, or sales.Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.Ability to develop data-driven business strategies and execute them effectively.Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, results-oriented approach.Experience working in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.Why Join Gritnova?
