Business Development Manager

We are looking for a talented Business Development Manager to join our team in Lisbon. The ideal candidate will have experience selling value and managing sales processes, with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales quota.
About the Role- Experience building out a customer portfolio and creating new business opportunities.
- Having a customer portfolio in Corporate and/or leisure and/or Groups will be a plus.
The successful candidate will be proactive, collaborative, team player, positive attitude and have exceptional networking and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities- Active search for new Corporate, Leisure and Groups Clients local, national and Internationally while managing, servicing and booking current accounts.
- Actively search and develop new markets such as Asian and Middle East.
The Business Development Manager will also be responsible for implementing local, national and international sales programs by developing field sales action plans and signing up new corporate, leisure and groups clients and businesses complying with the sales plan.
