Sales Manager, Europe

In order to realize our ambitions and support our global growth objectives, we are looking for an energetic and talented Sales Manager to join our growing sales team working with our European Regions (Germany, Southern Europe, Northern Europe, France and the UK).
Working closely with the Global Sales team, your role will involve proactively contacting curious, motivated prospective students to educate them on the relevant information about our bootcamps and short-courses, as to understand and inform the best next steps on their life and career journey. You will also be involved in managerial tasks, such as supporting the onboarding of new team members, reviewing and launching new processes, whilst analyzing routinely the performance of the Sales Associates team and reporting back on it.
Your Responsibilities
Supporting the definition of our Global Sales Strategy and be the main representative of the EU Sales Team:
1. Track your results and report the performance of the whole team, taking a critical stance on strategies and practices that work and that didn't;
2. Document processes best practices, for other teammates to follow and adapt;
3. Be the main stakeholder in the onboarding of new team-members;
4. Work with global leads to identify pipeline bottlenecks, and key lead blockers and conjointly define improvement plans and sales tactics to implement on a quarter-by-quarter basis;
5. Support the organization of global sales-related events including open evenings, info sessions, and webinars;
6. Work closely with other Le Wagon teams to curate monthly action plans for content creation and new ideas to fuel sales;
7. Implement nurturing strategies to follow-up through targeted content and campaigns on past inbound sales inquiries;
8. Create reactivation campaigns to qualify past dormant inbound leads;
Whenever Support Is Necessary To Your Team
1. Proactively contact our leads to qualify and convert them into applicants - Outbound Sales:
2. Contact hot leads coming through our CRM (Hubspot) from various acquisition channels (events, workshops, syllabus downloads, etc.) with the goal to counsel them and understand potential sales blockers to apply;
3. Follow-up with qualified leads to provide them with specific, relevant information about Le Wagon's product-mix and support them through the process of submitting their application;
4. Answer and follow-up on contact and meeting requests to convert them into applications - Inbound Sales:
5. Answer inbound sales inquiries (emails, phone calls, WhatsApp, etc.);
6. Manage and execute sales meetings booked, answering the lead's questions and proactively digging into possible sales blockers;
About you
1. You are preferably based in Portugal (or planning to move soon)
2. You have 2+ years of experience in a sales, business development role, recruitment or another valued customer-facing role. Tech related experience and Hubspot familiarity is a plus.
3. You are a clear and confident communicator, with exceptional written and verbal English language skills.
4. You are highly structured, organized and enjoy working to provide practical solutions
5. You have some experience processing large amounts of inquiries (calls, emails)
6. You enjoy working autonomously and are confident learning by yourself
7. You are entrepreneurial, highly collaborative, and love helping others reach their objectives
8. Ideally, you've had indirect or direct management experience in the past, as a Team Lead, Team Manager or other relevant team management experience;
