About the Role:- Drive and coach the team to continuously improve performance and cooperation within the team and with other teams of the scaled agile environment.
- Ensure that the team has the right competences and resources available in alignment with the upcoming product roadmap.
- Manage and prioritize the team backlog with a view to the program and product priorities and considering all stakeholders.
- Networked communication: Analyze and optimize processes in cooperation with the respective business departments.
- Think holistically: Align with other process areas, ensuring consistent integrated process- and IT solutions.
- Manage relationships with business partners, understand their needs, refine, and prioritize their requirements and integrate them in the delivery roadmap of the team.
