About the Role
Mercier Consultancy is seeking a skilled Freelance Recruiter proficient in German to join our team remotely. As a Freelance Recruiter, your responsibilities will include collaborating with clients to understand their recruitment requirements, sourcing and evaluating candidates, and managing the entire hiring process.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their recruitment needs and requirements
- Sourcing and evaluating candidates using diverse and innovative methods
- Managing the entire hiring process, from initial outreach to final placement
- Building strong relationships with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Staying up-to-date on recruitment trends and employment conditions in German-speaking markets
- Providing regular feedback to candidates regarding their application progress
- Ensuring accurate documentation of all recruitment activities for reporting purposes
Requirements:
- Fluency in German and English; additional languages are a value-add
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within a freelance or remote environment
- Strong understanding of modern recruitment strategies and practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize various recruitment tasks
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
