Regional Cybersecurity Program Manager

As a key member of the IQVIA team, you will play a crucial role in elevating our Cybersecurity Program by unifying global Cyber Security Practices across our Business Units.

You will provide oversight and coordination of delivery of global Cyber security portfolio risk mitigation projects and programs within the EMEA region.

Reporting directly to the Global Business Information Security Officer and working closely with the Global Chief Information Security Officer and the Information Security Leadership Team, you will ensure alignment and achievement of IQVIA's Security Strategy, roadmap and critical objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Lead the strategy to unify and enhance global Cyber Security practices, ensuring consistent security practices across IQVIA's EMEA Business Units.

Security Solution Rationalisation: Evaluate, rationalise and optimise Cyber Security technology stack to enhance security, reduce complexity, and ensure alignment with Global Standards and solutions.

Global Standards Dissemination: Drive the dissemination of IQVIA's global Cyber Security Practices, standards and services across Business units within the EMEA region.

Operational Excellence: Lead efforts to ensure security processes and tools are operating effectively (ie: access control, Vulnerability Management, Incident Response etc). Work with Information Security teams to ensure timely resolution of operational issues.

Metrics & Reporting: Develop and implement meaningful metrics to evaluate and measure Risks for the business units within the EMEA region.

Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with Global Information Security Team, product teams and business leaders to foster a culture of risk informed decisions and Continuous compliance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, a related field or equivalent experience required.

Ten (10) years of information security experience with at least 4 years in a leadership role.

CISSP - Certified Information Systems Security Professional required or equivalent.

Certified Information Security Manager required.

Certified in Risk and Information Security Controls.

Other Qualifications:

Experience managing Cyber Security in a distributed environment.

Proven ability to develop and implement security metrics and reporting mechanisms.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across different levels and functions.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing security issues.
