- Research and understand various verticals, industries, and business models to offer customized recommendations.
- Provide personalized client recommendations to improve their advertising strategies and optimize performance.
- Proactively and reactively engage with clients to assess product performance and suggest improvements.
- Become an expert in Meta's advertising solutions, including measurement tools, to drive optimal product adoption.
- Identify trends, solve problems, and share insights to enhance the client experience.
- Create and share success stories for advertisers leveraging Meta's products to grow their businesses.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of work experience, with 1+ year in relationship sales, ad sales, or digital marketing.
- Knowledge and understanding of advertising and local business nuances.
- Strong relationship-building skills with experience in cross-selling and upselling.
- Proficient in MS Office, voicemail, and email systems.
- Fluent (C1) level in English.
- Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
- Self-starter who thrives in a competitive environment and meets deadlines.
- Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and make creative decisions under pressure.
