About the Role

  • The Client Relationship Manager plays a pivotal role in maintaining existing business relationships, fostering growth opportunities, and ensuring seamless onboarding of new clients.
  • They serve as a liaison between clients and internal departments, facilitating an exceptional client experience.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for piloting the client experience to achieve desired service levels across the organization.
  • By understanding client needs and expectations, they translate this into actionable service delivery requirements.

Main Responsibilities Include

  • Building strong client relationships
  • Fostering a robust network of contacts within client organizations
  • Understanding client strategies and requirements to enable effective service delivery
  • Managing operational contacts to ensure clear communication and satisfaction
  • Addressing client complaints and requests efficiently
  • Documenting and managing problem resolution for quality service delivery
  • Coordinating department-wide issue resolution through established service governance frameworks
  • Facilitating regular service performance reviews with clients, including preparation and follow-up
  • Collaborating with IT, Dealing Desk, Product, and Business Support teams for quality service delivery
  • Maintaining third-party relationships related to client activity

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or Accounting
  • 3-4 years of relevant experience in Banking and Financial Operations
  • Fluent English language skills (C1-C2 level)
  • Results-driven with excellent communication skills
  • Client-focused with attention to detail and rigour
  • Ability to manage meetings and facilitate discussions
  • Middle Office Operations knowledge
  • Office software proficiency (Excel)
