We are seeking an experienced Client Relationship Manager to join our team at Codacy Automated Co. As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and identifying opportunities for growth and renewal.

About the Role
  • You will work closely with our Customer Success team to understand client needs and develop strategies for expansion and upsell opportunities.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are essential for this role as you will need to interact with clients and stakeholders on a regular basis.
  • Prior experience in Account Management, Sales, or Customer Success is required, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and receiving positive customer feedback.
Your Profile
  • You have a strong understanding of technical products and are able to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • You are highly organized with excellent time management skills and are able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience working with CRM tools such as Hubspot is also desirable.
