Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing outstanding customer service through various channels, including chat, email, and phone support.
  • Assisting users with troubleshooting issues related to our client platform, offering effective solutions and guidance.
  • Helping users maximize the potential of their websites by understanding our platform's features.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • French proficiency at C2 level and English language skills at B2 level.
