About the RoleThis challenging and fast-paced position involves managing all incoming queries in a customer service environment, handling both inbound and outbound calls and emails, gathering information from customers, and resolving their queries efficiently. You will also be responsible for assisting clients with upgrades, rescheduling, bookings, doubts, claims, and other travel-related concerns.
Main ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will:
- Manage all incoming queries in a customer service environment
- Handle both inbound and outbound calls and emails
- Gather information from customers and resolve their queries efficiently
- Assist clients with upgrades, rescheduling, bookings, doubts, claims, and other travel-related concerns
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- Native level of French + B2 level in English
- Previous 6 months-experience in Customer Service or Technical Support in a Call Center (preferred)
- An interest in and willingness to learn
- Excellent communication skills – both written and oral
- The ability to operate in high-pressure situations
- You are a team player, enthusiastic, and self-starter
- Analytic and problem-solving skills
- Customer and Quality-oriented
We offer a competitive salary package, including a monthly gross salary of €890, plus up to €100 performance bonus and up to €70 complexity bonus. You will also receive meal vouchers, reimbursement of transportation costs, private health insurance, and dental plan after six months. If you live outside Portugal, we offer reimbursement of initial flight ticket up to €400 after six months within the company, plus six months of accommodation in a shared flat provided by the company.
