We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Video Content Analyst to join our team at Toptalent. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for reviewing user reports regarding video content on a streaming platform, identifying and removing inappropriate material, and making well-balanced decisions to resolve inquiries according to defined policies and procedures.
About the Position
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about digital media, has strong analytical skills, and is able to work independently. You will have the chance to work with a diverse range of people, develop your skills and knowledge, and contribute to the success of our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Review user reports regarding video content on a streaming platform
- Remove inappropriate content
- Make well-balanced decisions and help resolve inquiries to defined policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Native/Fluent in German, both oral and written
- Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
- Able to cover weekly shift rotation including night shifts
