Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science or Information Technology.
  • Sharp troubleshooting and analytical abilities.
  • Basic SQL and programming experience is highly desirable.
  • Great verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.

Bonus Requirements

The following skills would be an added advantage:

  • Experience with SaaS (cloud-based) software and/or on-prem software.
  • SOAP and REST API knowledge.
  • Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms.
