We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As the first point of contact for players, you will ensure they receive top-notch service while enjoying their casino experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer support via email, phone, and live chat.
  • Help players with account issues, bonuses, game rules, and technical questions.
  • Ensure a positive and engaging experience for customers, making them feel valued.
  • Assist with responsible gaming, fraud prevention, and payment-related inquiries.

Requirements:

  • Fluent Danish speaker with excellent English skills.
